-Prepare for sewing at a moment's notice
Supervise vendors load-in and load-out
Distribute personal flowers to family members and wedding party
Oversee vendor commitments and responsibilities
Oversee layout and design of ceremony and reception space
Coordinate, cue, and pace processional with DJ and/or musicians
Coordinate wedding program with master of ceremony
Coordinate reception music with DJ and/or musicians
Coordinate and assist photographer with post ceremony photos
Coordinate vendors’ meals and break times
Set up and collect personal items such as guestbook, escort cards, gift box, favors, etc
Troubleshoot and manage emergency situations

Distribute any final payments and gratuities
